Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

There are no contracts and no minimum terms with PharmGrowth. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@pharmgrowth.co.

How cancellation works

• Email us at support@pharmgrowth.co to request cancellation
• Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period
• No further payments will be taken after your cancellation is confirmed
• Your direct debit will be cancelled within 5 working days

Content export

Upon cancellation you may request an export of your website content (text, images) within 30 days. After 30 days your website and associated data will be removed from our servers.

Domain names

If we registered a domain on your behalf, we can transfer it to you upon cancellation. Please request this at the time of cancellation. Domain transfer may incur a small fee from the registrar.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Setup and domain fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
