Terms and conditions for using PharmGrowth services.
PharmGrowth (pharmgrowth.co) provides website design, hosting and maintenance services for independent pharmacies. By using our services you agree to these terms.
We offer three plans — Starter, Growth and Enterprise — as described on our pricing page. Each plan includes website design, hosting and maintenance as specified. We reserve the right to update plan features with reasonable notice.
All plans are billed monthly via direct debit through Stripe. Payment is due on the same date each month from the date your website goes live. Domain registration costs are invoiced separately on an annual basis.
Starter and Growth websites are typically delivered within 7 days of receiving all required information from the client. Enterprise sites may take 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend on the client providing accurate and complete information promptly.
Website designs, code and templates remain the intellectual property of PharmGrowth. Client-specific content (logo, pharmacy name, text) belongs to the client. Upon cancellation, clients may request an export of their content within 30 days.
PharmGrowth is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue or patients arising from website downtime, errors or omissions. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
